Refund Policy

A conversion is a digital service delivered to your dashboard as soon as a run completes. This policy says exactly when you get your money back, so there are no surprises.

Full refund, no questions

• We could not deliver. If none of your conversion runs completes successfully — for example because the site blocks our crawler, the REST API is unavailable, or the engine fails on your site — you get a full refund on request within 30 days of purchase.
• You changed your mind before running. If you have not started any conversion run, you can cancel for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

We fix first, then refund if we cannot

If a run completes but the verification report shows broken pages, missing images or wrong URLs on the Static tier, tell us within 30 days. We will fix the engine and give you additional runs at no cost. If we cannot reach a result that matches the verification promise (pages reachable, titles and links intact, images present) you get a full refund.

Exclusions from our voluntary refund policy

These exclusions do not apply where you are entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law.

• Visual differences on the Admin tier (files or SQLite). This tier restructures content into editable blocks and is disclosed before purchase as not being pixel clones; the free scan and the tier picker warn when a site is a poor fit.
• Server-side features that a static site cannot provide (form delivery, search, logins, e-commerce, comments), which are listed as out of scope before purchase.
• Purchases where all included runs have completed successfully and the archive has been downloaded, unless a defect as described above is reported within 30 days.

How to request

Email contact@wp2next.com from your account email with the project domain. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days. Where a refund is granted, the project is closed and remaining runs are cancelled.

Statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your rights under applicable consumer law, including any mandatory guarantees, cancellation or withdrawal rights, and remedies for defective digital content or services. Our deadlines and exclusions do not limit those rights. Starting a conversion or downloading a project does not, by itself, waive a statutory right of withdrawal. Where legally required consent, acknowledgement, or confirmation has not been obtained, that right remains unaffected.
